Takeshi – Japanese Oden & Sake Bar (Yaesu Chika Branch)

Takeishi is an oden and sake bar in the Yaesu underground arcade connected to Tokyo Station. It serves two broths, a seafood agodashi and a rich chicken stock, with standard oden such as daikon, hanpen and egg plus original items. At 11:40 for lunch there was no wait, and the oden is ladled from a large pot into a small ttukbaegi and comes out quickly. The shop is small with few seats, so waits are common at meal times.
