Sushi Hōseki, Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo

Sushi Hōseki is on the 40th floor of Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo, directly connected to the Yaesu South Exit of Tokyo Station. It is produced by Sushi Gyoten of Fukuoka, and the omakase course moves from a few appetizers to sushi with red vinegar rice, then anago, clear soup, and dessert. All dishes are prepared in front of you at the counter, and champagne and alcohol pairings can be ordered. The counter has only eight seats.
