Sushi Dokoro Asanogawa is a sushi restaurant on the second floor of Tokyo Station Hotel, connected directly to Tokyo Station, and it continues the Kanazawa tradition. The lunch course includes ten pieces of sushi such as honmaguro otoro, chashrimp, Hokkaido octopus, and salmon roe, along with egg omelet, iron-fire roll, fresh seaweed soup, and wagashi. On weekdays around 1 p.m. you can enter the counter without a reservation, but a reservation is the safer choice, and the restaurant has counters, tables, and private rooms. Prices are high, so frequent visits are difficult.
