It serves shoyu ramen and a vegan vegetable soba, with a chicken-based shoyu broth that is neither salty nor strong, and unlimited eggs and Chinese noodles served alongside. The line is shorter than at other ramen shops, so the wait to eat is reduced, and chicken breast topping and vegetable ramen are also options. The vegan menu may not suit you if you do not like vegetables.
