Shiroebi-tei is a seafood rice bowl and tendon restaurant on the basement first floor of Tokyo Station, on the Yaesu exit side. Its main dishes are shiroebi tendon and kaisendon, and it also serves a tendon topped with fried white shrimp, yellowtail, and hotaruika. Customers buy a meal ticket from a machine outside, then wait to be seated when a table opens up, and at lunch waits of 20 to 50 minutes have been reported. The fried white shrimp is less crisp than expected and comes across like shrimp crackers.
