Matsudotomi Tamemban is a tsukemen-focused ramen shop in the KITTE building near Tokyo Station in Marunouchi, Chiyoda City. The noodles are thick and chewy, dipped in a rich, dark fish-based tsukeziru. Even when a line forms, turnover is fast and the food comes out quickly.
