Nemuro Hanamaru Kitte is a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant on the fifth floor of Kitte in front of Tokyo Station. Sushi is made to order and topped with salmon, eel, tuna, scallop, and whole head-on shrimp. From 11 a.m., customers take a numbered ticket on the fifth floor and check their place in line by app or email, then write menu numbers on paper to order. Around 40 groups crowd in during meal times, and waits run from one and a half to two hours.
