Hitsumabushi Nagoya Bincho Marunouchi Building is an eel-over-rice restaurant on the 6th floor of the Marunouchi Building, facing Tokyo Station. It serves hitsumabushi, eaten three ways: first the eel and rice, then with green onion and wasabi, then with green tea poured over as ochazuke. Reservations are accepted for visits. Prices are on the higher side.
