Hinatomaru Tokyo Station Store (Yaekita Shokudo) is a small sushi shop in Tokyo Station serving tuna sushi, egg sushi, and steamed egg. You can pick each piece of sushi you like one at a time. You can sit down right away even when other shops have long lines, and the food comes out fast enough to eat while waiting for the Shinkansen.
