Hikariya

Hikariya is a soba izakaya on the fifth floor of KITTE in Marunouchi, Tokyo, near the Marunouchi South Exit of Tokyo Station. It serves juhwari soba and shrimp tempura along with several kinds of sake and side dishes. Orders with extra noodles, such as the tokumori soba, are available, and the tempura comes out crisp. The space is small and the seats are close together.
