Higashiyama

Higashiyama is a private-room restaurant near Tokyo Station that serves Japanese kaiseki courses with Ishigaki beef and crab. The main course includes Ishigaki beef sukiyaki cooked with A4 sirloin or dashi shabu-shabu, along with a crab hoe. The second floor has horigotatsu-style private rooms and table seating, while the first floor has a large private room and a smoking area. Staff responses can be brusque or the guidance not smooth.
