Hamburg Works

Hamburg Works is a hamburger steak and hamburger restaurant in the Yaesu underground shopping area of Tokyo Station. The hamburger steak uses tender meat, and the hamburger gets its flavor from the patty and the bun. Before the meal, a soup with a broth taste is served, and the storefront has no door, with counter and table seats continuing inside. On Sunday mornings around 11 a.m., seats are filled by reservations, so booking ahead is required.
