Hakata Kanefuku Fukutake - Tokyo Station is a mentaiko restaurant on the basement level of Tokyo Station Ichibangai in Tokyo. It serves motsunabe topped with plenty of mentaiko and mentaiko set meals, and the motsunabe can be finished with rice and cheese in a risotto-style preparation. At the entrance, diners are first asked whether they are ordering motsunabe and are guided to a table with an IH cooker. The mentaiko dishes have a strong salty taste.
