Q B House Tokyo Station Nihonbashi Exit is a barber shop near the Shinkansen Nihonbashi exit of Tokyo Station that only cuts hair. It skips shaving and shampooing, and after the cut a hose with a soft brush vacuums away the trimmed hair. Buying a ticket from the vending machine at the entrance gives you a numbered spot, and one case finished in 10 minutes. Hair can end up cut to a different length than the one you asked for.
