BEAMS SHINMARUNOUCHI is on the third floor of the Shin-Marunouchi Building, directly in front of Tokyo Station. The store sells men's and women's clothing, bags, and accessories, from plain T-shirts and hoodies to shirts, suits, business casual, and casual lines. Men's and women's sections allow customers to try items on, and products can be held through an online request or by phone. Staff responses can be rude or make customers uncomfortable.
