Mapojang is a traditional Chinese restaurant in Seoul that serves ganjjajang, samseon jjamppong, and bokkeumbap. The ganjjajang has a restrained sauce and onions that keep their texture, and the samseon jjamppong has a not-too-salty broth with a large amount of seafood. The dining room was recently renovated, and takeout and food service are on the quick side. The taste is not consistent, and the tangsuyuk sometimes comes out salty.
