Gomtangban

Gomtangban is a restaurant near Gongdeok Station in Mapo-gu, Seoul, that serves gomtang made with domestic Hanwoo beef. The Hanwoo gomtang comes in a clear, light broth and is served with kimchi and kkakdugi. The rice is served in the bowl after being rinsed with broth, the kitchen is open, and the food is served with brass bowls and brass spoons. The broth is clear and light rather than rich.
