Garam Donkkaseu is a neighborhood restaurant in Seoul serving pork and shrimp cutlets. You can order a platter combining tenderloin and loin, with pork and shrimp cutlets served together. The interior is clean, and the cutlets have tender meat with juicy lean portions and a crisp coating. Dipping them in salt works better than using the accompanying sauce.
