Gaedam

Gaedam is a dumpling restaurant in Seoul that serves ibuk mandu. Its fried dumplings can be ordered half meat and half kimchi. The dumpling wrappers are soft rather than hard, and the filling is mostly meat, so it is not dry. Manduguk is served without rice on the side.
