Daemul Sanghoe is a hoe restaurant in Seoul that serves large wild-caught fish. In summer it offers croaker and haamo, and it ages large fish such as sea bream, sea bass, flounder and yellowtail for its course meals. The menu is a one-person course that changes with the day's catch. Visiting without a reservation is difficult.
