Sulgeurida is a small bar in Seoul where you taste and choose traditional and unusual liquors. Tell the owner the style you want, and the owner recommends matching drinks so you can sample several before picking one. The bar takes almost no walk-in customers and runs mainly on reservations from regulars. Drinks cost more than typical market prices.
