SNiF is a bar hidden in the alleys of Mapo, Seoul, serving cognac alongside whiskey, gin, and cocktails. It stocks cognacs including Remy Martin, Camus, and Courvoisier, and offers a performance in which sugar water is dripped into absinthe drop by drop. The space, converted from an old inn, holds vintage woodwork, Vincent van Gogh paintings, and a terrace mural. The owner takes song requests and plays guitar, and staff also respond in English.
