Muchim Project

Muchim Project sells hongeo muchim and kkotge muchim at Mangwon Market in Seoul. The hongeo muchim comes in a small serving for one to two people and a large serving for three to four people. The skate is lightly fermented, so it has less of its characteristic strong smell and pairs well with the seasoning. The small serving goes quickly when eaten with fried foods, jokbal, or kkwarengi from the market.
