Ooyoo Cafe is a dessert cafe in Koreatown, Los Angeles, serving bingsu, bungeoppang, and hotteok. The patbingsu has soft ice and is not too sweet, and the butterscotch cream latte and sausage toast are also on the menu. It is on the second floor of the building, with indoor seating, a large outdoor patio, and free parking. The bungeoppang comes out with a crisp outside and a chewy inside.
