J & F Ice Cream Shop

J & F Ice Cream Shop is a small shop just outside the Mariachi Plaza subway station in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles, selling tortas and ice cream. The chicken torta comes as a meal with chips and a drink, and the menu also lists horchata matcha and a pistachio milkshake. Lime and mango shaved ice and aguas frescas in several sizes are served on the spot. Along with tortas, the shop sells quesadillas, nachos, esquites, churros, and bags of potato chips.
