Celaya Bakery is a bakery in the Vermont district of Los Angeles. It serves Mexican breads, orejas, bolillos, and tres leches cake, and also takes orders for marble cakes. Bread is baked daily, and the aroma of bolillos spreads in the early morning. Custom cakes have sometimes come with decorations or fillings that differed from the request.
