Cubé

Cubé is a Japanese restaurant in Mayfair serving omakase and à la carte sushi. The omakase menu builds nigiri and sashimi from fish and seafood sourced in Japan, Korea and Cornwall in the UK. The space is a small counter where the chef makes the sushi in view and explains the dishes. The food and service are good, but the prices are on the high side.
