Wagyu teppanyaki steak house Nishiki MIYABI

Nishiki MIYABI is a halal steakhouse on the second floor inside Nishiki Market in Kyoto. It grills wagyu and Kobe beef on a teppan, offering 80g portions of Yamagata and Kobe beef as a half-and-half choice, cooked medium rare and served with garlic rice and miso soup. Visits require a reservation, and guests can watch the chef grill the meat while discussing their order in English. The entrance is not visible from Nishiki Market itself, and guests must take the stairs up to the second floor.
