Nishiki Sushi Shin

Nishiki Sushi Shin serves omakase-style sushi in an alley inside Nishiki Market in Kyoto. Squid (hanchi) sushi is the signature item, and the meal proceeds through a sequence of fish. A lunch omakase set is also available, and the food is clean in style. The entrance is small, so it is easy to pass by in the Nishiki Market alley.
