Komurasaki (Kamitori Center Branch)

Komurasaki is a ramen shop in Kumamoto known as the originator of Kumamoto ramen. It serves ramen topped with garlic flakes, crispy gyoza, and chashu. Local office workers line up during the lunch peak, while there are cases of entering without waiting at 2 PM or 8 PM. The tonkotsu broth is on the mild side but can taste salty.
