Katsuretsutei is a tonkatsu restaurant in Kumamoto that serves black pork tonkatsu and fried large shrimp. The black pork loin is thick and tender, and the large shrimp are fried. Even when a line forms, tables turn over quickly, and rice, vegetables, and miso soup can be refilled. The tonkatsu is oily, so it can start to feel heavy halfway through.
