Sushi Dai is an omakase sushi restaurant in Tokyo. The standard course is ten pieces of sushi, nine recommended pieces plus one more, served with tamagoyaki and miso soup. It opens at 6 a.m. and uses a numbered ticket system: you register to wait, then you are given a time to enter. The sushi bar has 16 seats, and the wait is long enough that even the first group takes two hours, while later numbers wait an hour and a half or more.
