Daiwa Sushi

Daiwa Sushi is a sushi omakase counter at Toyosu Market in Tokyo. A set runs about seven to nine pieces, including otoro, chutoro, uni, and anago, with additional orders available. It is open from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the chef explains each piece as it is served at the counter. The shop only opens in the morning, so an early arrival is required.
