Yukseong Hoebi is a restaurant in Hwayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, on Dongil-ro 24-gil, set in an alley a short walk from the Konkuk University Station nightlife district. It serves raw meat and beef dishes, with yukhoe, yuksashimi and jeongol as its main items, and the raw meat is sliced to order. Sitting at the bar puts the meat preparation in view, and the basic anju is a steamed egg topped with rabbit-shaped quail eggs. The seats are full even late at night, so a line forms.
