Yeon Makchang Kondae Branch

Yeonmakchang Geondae Jikyeongjeom serves Daegu-style makchang (beef abomasum) near Geondaeipgu Station in Seoul. The makchang has no strong odor and is tender rather than chewy. Staff finish-grill the partially cooked makchang at the table, so it is ready to eat quickly. It is served with a Gochang odi special sauce for dipping.
