Wangsimni Jeong Gopchang

Wangsimni Jeong Gopchang serves soegopchang, dwaeji gopchang, and makchang near Konkuk University and Sejong University. The makchang is cut into rounds rather than butterflied, grilled, and served with chive muchim. The restaurant has first and second floors plus outdoor seating, and vegetable gopchang and soegopchang can be ordered together. The gopchang jeongol uses a lot of perilla seed powder for a nutty flavor, though it contains relatively little gopchang.
