Umaten

Umaten Tendong is a tendong restaurant in Seongsu, Seoul. The basic tendong can be ordered with an added onsen egg and a side of basil tomato. The fried items are crisp and not heavy, and the rice and sauce are balanced. Food comes out late after ordering; on Saturday, entering at 12:50 meant eating at 1:40.
