Sinsa Sogopchang Konkuk University Branch is a gopchang grill in Seoul where diners cook gopchang and daechang over a grill. The gopchang is par-cooked before it comes out, and staff grill it at the table, with a mixed set, bokkeum bap, and tteoksari available to order. Chives and grilled kimchi come on the side, and the space is set up so less oil splatters. The gopchang has no gamey smell and is crisp outside and chewy inside.
