Pomonseu

Pomons Kondae is a Vietnamese restaurant near Kondae in Seoul that serves pho, tom yum goong, and fried spring rolls. The yangji chadol pho comes with a clear broth and a generous amount of beef, and can be ordered with spring rolls on the side. It stays open until dawn, and takeout orders are packed so the food does not fall apart. Both dine-in and takeout are available, and food comes out quickly.
