Pertain Geondaejeom is a Vietnamese restaurant serving pho and bun cha around Geondae and Hwayang-dong in Seoul. Its special pho is topped with a generous amount of seasoned and stir-fried moksim, with three Nem served on the side. The pho noodles are imported from Vietnam, and ordered dishes are served relatively quickly. Its flavor is closer to Korean-style bulgogi than local-style pho.
