Outdark Kondae serves chicken with fried potatoes and fried rice cakes in the food alley of Kondae. Half-and-half orders of fried or boneless chicken come with four sauces, and the potatoes and rice cakes are coated in cheese powder. On weekend evenings, crowds can slow down the food or cause a wait, and the men's and women's restrooms are upstairs. The space is small and dim, which makes it awkward for groups or photos.
