Kohuku

Kohuku is a nabe-focused izakaya in Hwayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. The milpyu nabe layers cabbage and beef, while the motsu nabe holds daechang, gopchang, and chewy udon noodles. Side dishes such as tako wasabi and korokke took more than 30 minutes to arrive, and the wait was long. When orders pile up, food comes out late.
