Hyundai Bungeoppang

Hyeondae Bungeoppang is a small bungeoppang shop in an alley in Seongsu. It sells seven mini bungeoppang filled with custard cream and red bean paste, baked by a robotic arm. This takeaway-only shop hands over the bungeoppang as soon as it is made. The thin batter is crisp and the pieces are bite-sized, but the mini size feels small if you expect a large bungeoppang.
