Hongdo Sushi

Hongdo Chobap is a sushi and sashimi shop inside Hwayang Market in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. Ordering the modum sushi brings salad, corn cheese, and a small eomuk soup alongside it. The raw fish on the sushi is cut long and thick. The rice is sometimes hard, and the fish sometimes carries a fishy smell.
