Hansikdang

In Seoul, Hansikdang serves jeyuk bokkeum, sogalbi jjim, and tteokgalbi as a course. Its signature hansikdang set meal includes jeyuk bokkeum with baechu kimchi, oi kimchi, potato, pajeon, spinach, and sukju namul, followed by sikhye for dessert. Before the main dishes, mushroom gui and salad arrive, along with buchu jeon or saessak chaeso jeonbyeong, and eight side dishes are served even without soup and rice. On weekends, there can be a short wait.
