Donghae Haemul is a restaurant in Hwayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, that serves haemul jjim and haemul tang with seasonal seafood brought up from the East Sea. It sits in an alley a short walk from Konkuk University Station and cooks octopus, oysters, abalone, shrimp, squid and blue crab without additives. The menu changes with the seafood that arrives each day, and customers can ask the owner for a recommendation from that day's catch. The dining space holds around five tables and there is no parking lot.
