Dongbang Saenggogi is a meat restaurant in Seoul’s Geondae area serving soy sauce samgyeopsal (pork belly). The raw meat is dipped in soy sauce before grilling, and the menu also includes Doraemon bokkeumbap. The soy sauce meat is tender after absorbing the seasoning. Dipping it directly in soy sauce gives it a strong salty taste.
