Dodogopchang in the Konkuk University Station food district serves gopchang, makchang, daechang and pork intestines together. The meat is grilled on a stone plate lined with aluminum foil, and the stone plate's heat keeps the food warm after the flame is turned off. Diners choose between a mixed gopchang platter and five set menus that combine three or four items. The gopchang and beef liver have no fishy or gamey smell, and a steamed egg topped with cheese is also served.
