Okinose is a seafood restaurant on the third floor of a building at the south entrance of Sannomiya Higashimon in Kobe. Guests choose a fish of the day and have it prepared as hoe, salt-grilled, or simmered, with Japanese sake available alongside. The restaurant shows whole fish before selection, and its course includes a five-kind assorted hoe, chawanmushi, fried items, bong sushi, and nyumen. Depending on the course, the hoe can retain a fishy smell, and the bong sushi and nyumen are strongly salty.
