Unagi-no Nakasho Links Umeda

Unagi-no Nakasho Links Umeda is a restaurant serving freshwater eel dishes on the 8th floor of Yodobashi Camera near Umeda Station. Its signature hitsumabushi is eaten by pouring broth over the eel, which is crisp outside and moist inside, and eating it like ochazuke. The kitchen is visible from the seating area, so the cooking process can be watched, and foreign customers are sometimes guided to room seating. The small hitsumabushi portion is on the smaller side.
